The tracing board comes with lightly grooved letters so that young ones from 2 years old can trace with just their fingers. For the older ones, use the wooden stylus that comes with each board.
As they work with the letters, they are developing wrist strength, grip coordination and most importantly, muscle memory of the letters.
For more fun, you can even fill up the letters with dry sensory materials such as rice, beans, beads or pom poms.
We recommend beginning with the lower case letters before moving on to the upper case letters on the reverse side.
